Rev. Todd McCoy

Todd was born in Tidewater Virginia and grew up in the mountains of North Carolina.  He graduated from Appalachian State University in 1992 and pursued a career in sales and in real estate before being called to ministry in 2000.  Todd earned his Master of Divinity at Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA and received a call to pastor Louisa Presbyterian Church in Louisa, VA where he ministered for 11 years.  He and his family came to Greenwood in June of 2015.  Todd is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree from Erskine Theological Seminary.  His focus is on elder / leadership training.  He has a heart for preaching and teaching and for fellowship.  Todd is married to Xen and they have two sons, Collin and Forrest.



Jeff Bryant, Director of Christian Education

Jeff was born in Beaumont, Texas and was raised all over the south. He received a B.A. in History from Anderson University in 2007, a M.A.T.S. from Erskine Seminary in 2009,  spent a year studying at RTS- Charlotte, and is currently pursuing a second M.A. at Erskine Seminary.  It was in Charlotte that he met his wife, Amanda, as they both volunteered with the youth group at Christ Covenant PCA in Matthews, NC. They were married in 2011 and served in youth ministry in Florence, SC for two years before accepting the Director of Christian Education position.

Jamie Anderson, Administrative Assistant

Jamie and her husband are members at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Greenwood. Jamie graduated from Lander University in 2002 with a Business Degree and has been an Administrative Assistant there for the past 13 years.  She comes to us highly acclaimed and we’re very glad to have her. Jamie and her husband were married in 2008. Jamie said she has always wanted to work at a church and feels blessed to be part of this one. 

Sarah Hecox, Director of Music

Sarah is from Virginia.  She studied Piano and Viola at Shenandoah Conservatory of Music in Winchester, Virginia and played in the Shenandoah Conservatory Orchestra.  She holds a BA in Greek & Ancient Studies from St. Olaf College, Minnesota, played viola in the St. Olaf Orchestra, and sang in the Cantorei Choir. Sarah also holds a M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary. She served as a volunteer in Israel and India.Sarah and her husband, Jeff have been married for six years and have recently returned from a tour with the US Army in South Korea.  Jeff is currently transitioning from military to civilian life and will be starting law school this fall. Last fall, Sarah began studying organ with Bob Glick.
