This will be a fun week of studying God’s word, playing games, singing songs, and enjoying time together. A meal is being planned for each night.  This is for all students 3 years old- 5th grade.  It will be a great time of growth, learning, and fellowship for our children and we encourage you all to invite neighbors and friends to come as well.  There is a signup sheet on the hallway table or you may sign up below.  Please let us know if you will be able to join us!  Email us at greenwoodarp@embarqmail.com with any questions!

Men's Breakfast

Each Friday at 7:15 A.M. the men of the church, along with others from the community, meet for a bountiful breakfast, fellowship, and a time of devotion/prayer.  Our time together allows us to share each other’s struggles and praises while learning through our devotions how to walk more closely in our Lord and Savior's footsteps. Each meeting is concluded with prayer for the needs expressed by the group members. The early time allows those still working to stay for whatever time they can and still enjoy the fellowship of the group.

Thursday Morning Bible Study

The Thursday Morning Bible Study group will begin on March 2.  This will be a six session DVD study based on Max Lucado’s book, “He Chose the Nails”.  In this study Rev Lucado explores the many gifts that Christ provided to us at his crucifixion.  These include not only the gift of the cross but also the gift of the thorns that pierced his brow.  The nails that tore his flesh.  The seamless robe that He removed for us.  The empty tomb where He forever defeated sin and death.

  2. He Chose to Forgive Us                                March 9
